Zaid holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Computer Engineering and a Master of Science in Cyber Security from the University of Adelaide.

With a technical background and expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, network troubleshooting, endpoint security, and remote support tools, Zaid is responsible for providing technical support to clients, as well as diagnosing and resolving complex IT issues.
