IT Systems Modernisation and Maintenance

Aestec Services engaged QUADNET to modernise its IT environment and provide ongoing Managed IT support. The project addressed several long-standing challenges, including limited device management, legacy multi-factor authentication policies, Dropbox synchronisation issues, and ageing network infrastructure.

QUADNET implemented Microsoft Intune to standardise device management, strengthen security policies, automate application deployment, and improve visibility across company-owned devices. QUADNET also deployed Kaseya 365 Endpoint Protection, upgraded routers and network switches, installed mobile phone boosters, antennas and satellite internet for remote locations, strengthened access controls, and developed automated staff onboarding and offboarding processes to improve security and operational efficiency.

QUADNET continues to provide proactive Managed IT support, cybersecurity management, network maintenance, and responsive user support. They also supply, configure and install new desktop and laptop computers for our engineering and office staff as required, ensuring new equipment is ready for use from day one.
